‘The water that carries’ is a story that came into being among the gestures spring starts to make into summer. It is a story that came through felt experience, intimacy with material, and the changing season. New and curious meetings and collisions starting to unfold. Interacting patterns and forms that remember and feel themselves becoming, starting to land.

In the story, seven stars fall from different parts of the sky. Meeting a cloud below, each becomes encased in a droplet of rain. Falling through the sky, they meet the ground, across distances far and wide. By the influence of water, the star matter becomes alchemised to the qualities of the land to which it falls. From this transfusion of matter, new life is formed. Seven plants grow across the world, reflective of the qualities and natures of both the sky and ground to which they now inhabit,

 unified.
